I was born in India, the land of Yoga, Ayurveda and Tantra, knowledge, wisdom and Mysticism. I started learning and understanding Yoga at the age of 8. Since then, I have been in the presence of great Indian Yogis / Gurus. I did my Master's in Yogic Science and Naturopathy.
My traditionally designed online Yoga classes are therapeutic, restorative, and rejuvenating. These classes are for people looking for purification, healing and transformation of the body, mind and soul under my unique guidance on and off the mat.
If you consciously and regularly practice Hatha Yoga, it can
